Adamawa Mortgage Bank Ltd was duly registered with the corporate affairs commission on October 11, 2023 with a paid up share capital of 2.5 billion naira. Having fulfilled all the conditions for issuance of a mortgage banking license, the central bank of Nigeria issued us a licence to operate as a state primary mortgage bank. Adamawa Mortgage Bank. To hit the ground running and reduce the time on fulfilling it's mandate of provision of affordable shelter to it's customers, it acquired the assets and liabilities of the defunct Adamawa homes and savings ltd which had its footprints across the state in terms of mortgage services.

Giscard Norris StanleyBsc, MBA, MIAD, PhD, FNIM
Managing Director/CEO
An accomplished Banker, motivational speaker and Scholar, Giscard is an Alumnus of University of Maiduguri, ABU Zaria, Ladoke Akintola University Ogbomosho. He started his Banking career at the Central Bank of Nigeria in 1991 as a NYSC member. Over the years he worked in Socitie Bancaire (Merchant Bankers) from 1992 to 1999. He moved to Continental Trust Bank in 2000. In 2001 he was appointed Head, International Operations at NUB International Bank, he left the Bank as Head of Public Sector Group in 2005 for First Inland Bank as Principal Manager, He joined Skye Bank in 2006 as Senior Regional Manager North East and was responsible for setting up its Yola Branch. In 2009 he was at the Equitorial Trust Bank as the Regional Director North East until the Merger/Consolidation of Banks, he moved on to pursue his PhD and was engaged in other Consultancy projects. He was appointed the Managing Director/CEO of Adamawa Homes & Savings Ltd in June 2020; since then, he has successfully piloted the affairs of the bank and steered it to greater heights. In spite of the current economic recession, the bank is doing well under his able leadership. He has several publications to his name, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management NIM, Nigerian Institute of International Affairs NIIA (in view) Nigerian Institute of Cost Management amongst others. He is a holder of two traditional titles from two First class Kingdoms He is happily married with children and his hobbies include reading, debate and sports. He was reappointed as the Manging Director/CEO to steer the ship of the newly licensed Adamawa Mortgage Bank Limited.

Abubakar Umar Abba-
Head of Risk Management
Abubakar Umar is a seasoned financial services professional with nearly two decades of cognate experience in the banking industry with cross functional exposures in operations, retail banking and debt recovery. He commenced his career as Administrative Officer at the Federal University of Technology Yola now Modibbo Adama University in 1996 and left for First Bank in 1999 as Executive Trainee, He rose to the level of Deputy Manager at First Bank Nigeria Limited and left in 2017.He joined Adamawa Homes & Savings Limited as Head of Risk Management in 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Maiduguri and a National Diploma in Accountancy from Kaduna Polytechnic. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Maiduguri and a National Diploma in Accountancy from Kaduna Polytechnic.

Barrister Mohammed YawaleBL, LL. B
Company Secretary/Legal Adviser
Barrister Yawale is an alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He commenced his law practice as a State Counsel with the Gongola State Ministry of Justice Yola in 1988. From there he moved to the then National Electoral Commission in 1992 as Senior Legal Officer in charge of Adamawa State. He was appointed Senior Legal Executive at Adamawa Investment & Property Development Company Limited in 1994 where he rose through the ranks to become its Managing Director/Chief Executive in 2015, he left the services of the Company in February 2015 and retired to Private Legal Practice. In June 2020, he was appointed the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Adamawa Homes & Savings Ltd. He has attended many courses including Secretarial Administration and Computer Application. Mohammed Yawale is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Head of Mortgage and Credit
Ms Charity She is a consummate Banker with experience in Customer Service, Admin & Personnel. She worked in various departments in the defunct Adamawa Homes & Savings Ltd. She has been re engaged by Adamawa Mortgage Bank Limited as the Head of Mortgage & Credit as a consummate professional with almost two decades of experience in the Mortgage Sector. She has attended several Trainings and Seminars on Banking and Financial Services. Her hobbies include Tourism, reading and listening to music.

Mohammed Dauda GaladimaHND, PGD, MSc, FNIM
Head, Business Development
An alumnus of Federal Polytechnic Mubi, Lagos State University and National Open University of Nigeria. Mr Mohammed commenced his career with the Ministry of Commerce & Industries as a Commercial Officer, he was a pioneer staff of the Jimeta Shopping Complex Authority and participated in its Start-up. In 1999 he decided to pursue a career in a different field by joining a Telecoms Company; Intercellular Nigeria Plc when the industry was just being deregulated. As a pioneer staff of the company, he also participated in the formative stages of the company and established the overall sales and service strategy of the company. He served in various capacities and rose to become the National Head of Sales in 2008. He left in 2014 and joined the services of Adamawa Homes & Savings Ltd in 2015 as its Business Development Manager. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management, he has attended numerous International courses in Expresso Dubai, Infosys India, Expresso Ghana and Senegal, and locally here at Philips Consulting, Nigerian Institute of Purchasing & Supply, Chartered Institute of Marketing, ITF amongst others. He was also instrumental and participated actively in securing the license of Adamawa Mortgage Bank Limited, he was recently engaged as the Head of Business Development of the new bank to assist its relaunch into the Mortgage Banking Industry.

Caroline NashonBA, MBA
Head of Operations And Accounts
Mrs Caroline is an Alumnus of ABU Zaria and National Open University of Nigeria. She Started her working career with Adamawa State Polytechnic as Part time Lecturer in 2004 before proceeding to Adamawa Homes & Savings Ltd that same year as a Pioneer Staff of the Organization. She was engaged as a Banking Officer, she worked in various Departments and is therefore a consummate Banker. She rose through the ranks to become Head of Operations in 2019. She has attended several courses on Finance and Banking with reputable Training firms. Adamawa Mortgage bank limited has hired her in the role of Head of Operations to help steer the affairs of the operations of the Bank.

Salisu Mohammed IdrisBsc, Msc
Internal Auditor
Salisu commenced his career at First Bank in 2008. An alumnus of the University of Maiduguri and Federal University of Technology Yola. He joined the services of Adamawa Homes & Savings Ltd in 2009 as an officer. He is a meticulous Professional with analytical skills currently overseeing Internal Audit. He has attended courses at the prestigious FITC Lagos, ITF and other Training institutions across the country. He is currently the Head of Internal Audit in Adamawa Mortgage Bank limited.
